After working for marketing and communication agencies in England, then managing the marketing and recruitment of an ecological architecture firm in Carcassonne, I wrote an MBA thesis: How the circular economy can become a competitive advantage.
Certified in supporting companies in CSR, I also lead workshops and murals on Climate, CSR and the Circular Economy.
I regularly work in collaboration with professionals in ecological transition specializing in construction, soils, carbon footprints, health, and tourism.

Elans d'Avenir operates within the La Sapie business and employment cooperative. Like an anthill, La Sapie fosters and supports the organic growth of its member entrepreneurs. The diverse range of skills found there leads to collaborations and exchanges, resulting in professional services tailored to the needs of client organizations. La Sapie is a social and solidarity economy enterprise focused on resilience, where entrepreneurs are committed to human, sustainable, and caring economic development.
Elans d'Avenir also works with the Forêtvert Forever association, whose president is Anne Lesné. Since its founding by Emmanuel Pistre, Forêtvert has been working towards ecological transition by organizing participatory planting projects, numerous and varied awareness workshops, and training programs. The association also supports local communities in their transition and sustainable development initiatives. In particular, we have jointly created a training program aimed at making organizations resilient in a context of fluctuations and polycrises.
