This training, as described in this document, is delivered in both in-house and open enrollment formats.
Duration
Two formats are available:
3 full days of 8 hours each, including breaks and lunch
2 full days of 8 hours each (including lunch break) + 2 half-days of 3.5 hours each (lunch break not included).

Means
Each session includes theoretical and practical content, with serious games, quizzes, role-playing scenarios, and group intelligence exercises.
The tools used and provided are:
Entertainment materials, such as cards or puzzles, and presentation aids (large erasable sheets, sticky notes, pencils, slide projections, and/or video presentations in PowerPoint/PDF/Keynote/MPEG4 or similar formats).
Tools to be brought by participants: Their smartphone or laptop.
For off-site training sessions, Elans d’Avenir will provide appropriate training facilities and equipment.
When the client is responsible for the equipment and materials used in connection with the training services, the client will be liable for any loss or damage to this equipment and equipment.
For on-site training sessions, the client will provide the on-site training facilities and equipment, according to the terms agreed upon in the quote.
Skills acquisition assessment

A certificate of attendance will be issued in the days following the training.

Short exercises between sessions will allow participants to assess their understanding throughout the training.

A comprehensive exercise at the end of the training will provide an immediate review of the skills acquired.

A satisfaction questionnaire will evaluate how well the training met the participants' expectations and needs.

A follow-up questionnaire will be sent out three weeks after the training to assess the assimilation and application of the skills in a professional context.
