Managers and employees of companies, communities and associations, in charge of purchasing, human resources, project management, strategic direction.

Prerequisite

Good command of the English language.

Familiarity with the use of digital tools such as smartphones, laptops and QR codes.

In-person or remote format.

 

Number of participants between 4 and 12.

This training, as described in this document, is delivered in intra-company and inter-company formats.

Duration

Two possible formats:

  • 2 eight-hour days, including breaks and lunch

  • 4 half-days of 3.5 hours each, lunch not included.

Means

Each sequence includes theoretical and practical content, with serious games, quizzes, role-playing scenarios and collective intelligence exercises.

 

The tools used and provided are:

Fun materials, such as cards or puzzles, animation materials (large format erasable sheets, sticky notes, pencils, slide projections and/or presentation videos in PowerPoint/PDF/Keynote/MPEG4 format or similar).

 

Tools to bring by participants: Their smartphone, or laptop.

 

For off-site client training, Elans d'Avenir undertakes to provide appropriate training facilities and equipment.

When the client is responsible for the loss or destruction of such equipment and materials used in connection with the training services.

For on-site training courses, the client will provide the on-site training facilities and equipment, according to the terms agreed upon when the quote was submitted.

Skills acquisition assessment

  • A certificate of attendance will be issued in the days following the training.

  • A few short exercises between the sequences will allow us to assess understanding as the training progresses.

  • A comprehensive exercise at the end of the training will allow for an immediate assessment of the skills acquired.

  • A satisfaction questionnaire will assess how well the training met the expectations and needs of the participants.

  • A follow-up questionnaire will be sent 3 weeks after the training to assess the assimilation and use of skills in a professional context.

  • The training does not lead to certification.
